Nana V gave Lumpyhead this great chair. She painted and decorated it for him, and he loves it. He doesn't move his butt, rather shakes his head back and forth to get it to rock. He's very proud of himself.
Yeah, that's about right. My twins were very into making mommy crazy by standing on their special rocking chairs too. Well, still are. They used to use them to climb up on their dressers. Nice.
I totally know what you are feeling. We found one of our 17 month old daughters learned to climb up to the top of the changing table and stand. Did I mention it is on wheels.
Ada is in that stage too. All chairs are a game of stand on the chair, wait for parent to say "sit on your bottom," sit momentarily, stand up with big grin, repeat. Worse, she likes to stand on the big sized rocker in her room. Oy.

Yep.
It will be even worse when his sister starts crawling.
I mean - not to scare you or anything.
Ahhhh, that scares me just looking at it.
I love the look on his face, like um...mom, what's the problem here?
Wait till they get their hands on the chairs with wheel on 'em.

I can definitely tell I'm not a parent, because I didn't even get the point of this until I read the comments.
