From Today's Home Depot Circular

Can someone explain to me why this guy is using a ladder, and not just standing on the damn ground? Anyone?
While we're at it, why is he painting in a nice shirt and dress shoes? Shouldn't he be wearing an old tee shirt and flip flops? I just don't get it.

Oh, and what are your plans for Fathers Day? 'Cuz I got nuthin, and need some ideas.

After C's b-day and our anniv. being one week apart I am completely spent when it comes to Father's day ideas.

You're crafty, why don't you do something with the kids hand prints. Everybody loves them some hand prints on father's day.

My sister and I are doing a collage of pics of us with him. We do that every 5 years or so. It's neat to go back and see the changes over the years.

My favorite is that perm he was sporting 20+ years ago.

For Father's Day I will lie in my bed awaiting oral sex. I wonder how long I'll have to wait? What if I start to get hungry...?

Ii think he painted the floor first.

Is that it?
Do I win some sort of prize?
Will this improve my LSAT score?

My husband is going to work for Father's Day. Who-hooooo! We'll pick strawberries. I think he is getting the better end of the deal.

oh yeah and I see someone suggested handprints. That is a good suggestion. We did footprints and holy crap did she totally want to just run around the kitchen like 500 hundred times with purple feet.

I had to call Jimmy Carter for the negotiation in the end.

too realistic answer: the guy needs the platform to reach the top of the window and it's a pain in the ass to get 2/3 of the way to the top and then slide the ladder over. His knees can handle the bending better than mine would.

As for the outfit: He doesn't really have paint (or anything) in that bucket.
